쇠Regeneration case of the most deteriorated industrial complex (approximately 2.7 million ㎡) in East London into a sports complex for the 2012 London Olympics, developed in connection with nearby Westfield Stratford City and Stratford Centre. Located within 5km northeast of London, directly connected to core business districts including London City Center, Canary Wharf, and Royal Dock. Area developed as an industrial complex based on 19th century waterways and railways; after World War bombing damage, became London's most deteriorated area housing poor immigrants and refugees
