Development Background

Pursuing construction of Changdong Station Complex Transit Center for transfer facilities and support facilities required to establish Changdong Station as metropolitan transportation hub, aligning with Metropolitan Area Express Railway (GTX) Line C development plans passing through Changdong-Sanggye area

Project Scale 8 underground/46 above-ground floors (167m), planned total floor area: 122,647㎡
  • Main Facilities: Office facilities, public rental housing (140 units), land-lease housing (140 units), commercial facilities, transfer facilities (waiting room, platform, bus, taxi, etc.), transfer parking (281 spaces)
