A community-based facility. Construction of the first basement floor up to the second floor above ground was completed at the end of December 2018. The basement floor is the Maeul Sarangbang, the first floor is the Urban Regeneration Support Center, and the second floor is a multi-purpose room. Many educational programs based on various themes are actively coordinated by the Urban Regeneration Support Center. Invitational lectures, craft classes, overseas culinary cultural lectures, etc. are provided for residents.
