Facility Outline

An urban regeneration landmark and a cultural park that recycled the Mapo oil reserve base. It is one of the cultural heritages from the industrialization period. It is a publicly open culture zone located in the center of an area of 140,000 m² (4,982,208 square feet) with six tanks encircling the space. Each tank is recycled for various purposes such as a performance hall, lecture rooms, story rooms that records the past and future of the OIL TANK CULTURE PARK, and community center. It is a complex cultural space that has become the symbol for eco-friendliness and urban regeneration
